Repeat Prescriptions

Please give two working days notice for a repeat prescription

We suggest wherever possible please make the request by using your repeat prescription request form attached to your last prescription or alternatively please complete out prescription form found in our waiting room. If you are unable to make it to the surgery you can send it in to the surgery via post or by using our online services. 

Please note if you want us to post your prescription to you, please include a stamped addressed envelope. We also have a collection service with certain pharmacies.

The practice is able to send electronic copies of your prescriptions directly to any pharmacy. Please be aware that certain medication can not be sent electronically. Ask your preferred pharmacy to set you up to have your prescriptions sent directly to them.
