Noticeboard

UK Medical Officers are advising anyone who has travelled or been in contact with anyone from China or any of the surrounding at risk areas in the last 14 days and is experiencing cough and flu symptoms, to STAY INDOORS and call NHS 111, even if symptoms are mild. DO NOT COME TO THE SURGERY. You can call the surgery and ask for a telephone appointment is you are worried about your symptoms. 

The High Street and Whitfield Surgeries have a Patient Participation Group, If you wish to join please contact Sarah Jarvis on 01304 206463, She  will be happy to help you.

All our patients now have an allocated GP, if you are unsure who your GP is please feel free to contact the practice. A member of our reception team will be happy to help you.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or the clinical pharmacist at least once a year to review their medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip. 

If you are request a prescription for HRT medication or contraception please be aware that you must see the nurse practitioner every six months.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
