We suggest wherever possible please make your prescription request via our email request system, via our text messaging service or using your online service account. If you are unable to do this, please put your request in to the letter box at the surgery.

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner, practice nurse or the clinical pharmacist at least once a year to review their medications and a notification should appear on your repeat slip.
If you are request a prescription for HRT medication or contraception please be aware that you must see the nurse practitioner every six months.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Help with NHS costs
In England, around 90% of prescription items are dispensed free. This includes exemptions from charging for those on low incomes, such as:
These charges apply in England only. In Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales prescriptions are free of charge.
If you will have to pay for four or more prescription items in three months or more than 14 items in 12 months, you may find it cheaper to buy a PPC.
